TV special Ireland on Dutch Smart Charging success

How do we organize sustainable electric mobility? With that question in mind Ireland's longest running environmental TV series - Eco Eye - visited the Netherlands. They examined the Dutch view on how we will live, work and drive using energy from the sun and wind in the energy system of the future. And how we can accelerate the energy transition from fossil fuels to sustainable energy by linking solar and wind energy to the emergence of electric vehicles.

The Irish TV programme sees the success of Smart Charging in the Netherlands as an example for the Irish situation. The Netherlands provides an extensive testing ground in which companies, scientists and authorities work on innovation and research to enable the energy transition. Eco Eye interviewed Robin Berg, managing director of Lomboxnet and Annabel van Zante, working for the Living Lab Smart Charging about Smart Charging.
